Plus de racisme à l'embauche sur Internet : Prodiversité

huhu Comme vous le savez, j'effectue depuis un moment une recherche active d'emploi sur Internet (je suis fan de monster), et je vois depuis un moment un logo Prodiversité sur les annonces. J'ai tout d'abord cru que c'était Pro-université, et je me suis dit que ca devait être un organisme de recrutement. J'ai finalement fait des recherches, et il se trouve que c'est un label pour "que ni votre adresse, ni votre nom, ni votre origine ne puissent constituer un frein à votre embauche, ici les entreprises s'engagent pour la diversité."

En gros, c'est une lutte contre la ségrégation à l'embauche, et j'avoue être assez content de voir qu'enfin, des entreprises se mobilisent contre ce "non-dit" qu'est le racisme à l'embauche, et qui est impressionant à voir, notament dans les reportages à la télé (ex : des ronds de couleurs sont apposés suivant l'origine du candidat, afin de renseigner l'employeur : intolérable).

On commence enfin à reconnaitre que le racisme à l'embauche existe, et à lutter contre.

Je conseille donc toute les personnes ayant l'impression de subir la ségrégation ethnique à visiter ce site s'ils cherchent du travail
